This beach-house boasts the most amazing views, stunning sunsets and has all the mod cons. A great convenient location being only a few minutes walk to a quiet beach, 5-10 min drive to the penguin parade, Grand Prix and surfing beach and 5-10min drive to the bustling town of Cowes. The property also shares a boundary with rural land so guests really do feel they are stepping into holiday mode on arrival. Perfect environment for a relaxing family holiday or a romantic getaway with its dreamy sunsets. A great deck at the back of the beach house to relax on while taking in the stunning ocean views.

Beautiful cottage with magnificent views.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little cottage. We were blown away by the views when we walked in and the sunsets were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the space was very welcoming. Everything we needed was right there including binoculars to look out across the water. The heating and cooling is very efficient and the shower is great. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and can’t wait for our next visit!

Great getaway

It was simple, clean and everything you could ask for for a quiet getaway. Was my first time at Phillip island and the location was surrounded with great paths for walking and exploring.

Scenic views

We had the best time at Yolo, the property was clean and equipped with everything you need. Very comfy sofa and beds. The views of the adjacent farm, ocean and sunsets are picture perfect. Really good location as you are a stone throw away from Nobbies and the town.

Proof you never judge a book by its cover.

Unassuming, the opposite of ostentatious, just a simple, honest place which over- delivers on the essentials. The view is stunning, it’s clean, the owners have given a lot of thought on how to make a place comfortable and it was exactly what we needed.

A wonderful escape for families, couples or friends. YOLO is equipped with everything you need to relax in comfort & serenity. Koby's communication & assistance is 5 star. So grateful for the opportunity & week spent at YOLO. All topped off with amazing sunset views over the ocean whilst being surrounded by nature! Highly recommended :) Thank you!
