Prime Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Potrero is an excellent little town to stay in. The house has easy access to the beach, well removed from the main road (which can be very noisy and dusty), large house, excellent pool and sitting areas, and a well stocked kitchen. The Five Star Property team was awesome, very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The only issue was that the washing machine wasn’t working very well, but the property management was going to get this issue fixed right away.We would highly recommend staying at this property and would definitely do so again. Thank you to the Five Star Team members!

Relaxing time in Playa Potrero

EN - Jeffrey and the Five Star Property group provided a great place for my father, wife, and I to enjoy a few days sunbathing. This property is centrally located. The home is four blocks from beach access, 1 mile north is a very good Italian Ice Cream / Gelato Shop and Soda Marisquería La Tipica has great food. The bank is no more than 2 miles south; Banco de Costa Rica and Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. The home is exceptionaly comfortable. Sunrise poolside with a cup of coffee are the best and sunsets are just blocks away. ES - Jeffrey y el grupo Five Star Property brindaron un excelente lugar para que mi padre, mi esposa y yo disfrutáramos de unos días tomando el sol. Esta propiedad tiene una ubicación céntrica. La casa está a cuatro cuadras del acceso a la playa, 1.7km al norte hay una muy buena heladería italiana y Soda Marisquería La Tipica tiene excelente comida. El banco no está a más de 3.5km al sur; Banco de Costa Rica y Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. La casa es excepcionalmente cómoda. Los amaneceres junto a la piscina con una taza de café es lo mejor y las puestas de sol están a solo unas cuadras de distancia.
