The neighborhood is a quiet, family oriented area. The close proximity to hospitals, downtown, the event center and the highways makes it a perfect location to get away while in Topeka. Located about 15mins from the mall, movie theater, shops and restaurants on Wanamaker, this is a prime location.

Location, location, location!! It is a cozy, spacious and handicap accessible home. Recently remodeled with everything you need to feel comfortable while away from home.
