The apartment was super clean, the convenience of the washer and dryer was a HUGE plus. The snacks cleaning supplies were a pleasant surprise. The area is quiet and peaceful. Any time I needed anything at all, I received a response immediately. Great Great place to stay.

My stay was marvelous. Everything was so nice and clean. I was literally 4 mins from the mall and a couple tourists spots. I’ll definitely be running to Memphis.

The host told me that she had a double reservation and offered me another place outside the application, when customer service contacted her, she called me 1 hour before check-in that was already available and I had already looked for another place because I had no place to stay and they had not given me an answer. Then she told me that she was going to return the money and she never did and she didn't send me the instructions to access the house either
