Thank you for the feedback. We take all guest comments seriously, though we wish this had been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have assisted you immediately. We received no mention of any hot water issues while you were here. Our hot water system has since been fully inspected, is working perfectly, and has never been an issue for previous guests. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can ensure a comfortable experience.
