This property is absolutely beautiful. The Kiamichi River in the back yard and the parks and lakes close but were amazing. The host was available for any questions we had. We enjoyed the wildlife and being able to spend time as a family!
The home was as pictured. We loved the outdoor areas. Pet friendly. Beautiful views. Would love to come back and see when the river is full. My only minor drawback is the beds were firm, but that is personal preference. Very clean!
Beautiful house and property with brand new appliances! Easy access to Kiamichi River and the National Forest…Close to several hiking trails. It can sleep several people comfortably. Pool was very clean for being near so many trees! Gorgeous scenery!! Enjoyed the stay! Thank you!!
I could’ve made this my forever home! Gorgeous mountain views from front porch, river view from back deck, wooded, pool with both views, fire pit, and nothing but nature. Something for everyone. Our host was perfect! Can’t wait to return.

Thank you so much Jennie, happy you all enjoyed the stay! You are welcome anytime!
We loved the location nestled in rolling hills. The location was clean and the owner was responsive. The river was dry, but lounging in the pool beneath the tall trees listening to cicadas more than made up for it.
This is the third time I have rented this house for a business outing with my teammates. We enjoyed the house and the owner is outstanding to work with! Highly recommend.
We loved staying here. There was always something for us to do even if weather didn’t cooperate. We hope to return next summer. Very peaceful and quiet. It was stocked with everything we needed for a good time.
Great getaway. We wanted to avoid the crowds and enjoy nature, and that is what this trip provided. We went on a ATV adventure in Arkansas that was a blast.
The property was great for what we needed. The host was very prompt with his replies on any questions we had prior to our trip. The K trail access was right down the road & easy access from the cabin. Billy Creek trails was a short drive from the cabin. I would recommend the cabin to anyone.
This was our family first mini vacation and the house was absolutely beautiful. The land was amazing and fun for the kids, even though it rained we still went to the lake nearby, and he had so many games for us to play, the only thing I dislike was that it wasn't no signal but other than that, it was fun

Thank you Tanesia, we appreciate the review and glad you all had a great time. We have the best rural Wi-Fi available for guests to use for Wi-Fi calls, streaming, tv and internet use. We also have a booster for most phone services but being in a mountain valley some phone services don’t work as well - most do. It is nice to get a break from technology sometimes though.
We would love to have you and the family back soon!
So this place is better than described. Just breathtaking and spacious!! Wished the pool was warmer , however kids did do polar plunge!!!! Was sad we only booked for 2 nights! This would truly be a great extended stay rental!!
The house and location was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for my family of 12.My only complaint would be the beds. Some of them were very nosey and kind of uncomfortable. They were very hard but everyones preference of a bed is different. I highly recommend taking your vacation here. The host was very quick to resond to any questions or concerns. I look forward to going back.
Very nice place, and a great pool. Seen deer everyday in the field across from the house. The only thing was the creek behind the house was dried up. However, did take some good pictures. Would stay there again.

Glad y’all enjoyed your stay! It’s been tough this year with the heat wave and drought across the country but the river will come back this fall with the rain - it’s year round but does fluctuate. Come back and stay in the cooler months to see the foliage change in the mountains - It’s gorgeous! Happy to host y’all again.
Nice area, very quiet, comfy beds. Views were beautiful. Plenty of games on hand and books if wanted. Better signal would have been nice but that's the trade-off for the seclusion and maybe we need a break from that anyway. And as fellow Texans we enjoyed the decor!
This house is a great get away. Lots of space in the bedrooms. The deck had lots of seating. We were able to grill a few meals. The pool was very clean and a great size. The deck and pool overlooked the river. I do not believe a car even drove by while we were there. It was a perfect place to relax and get away from our daily lives.

Thank you for staying with us. Welcome back anytime! Fall is great for the leaves changing!
Very nice home with a pool for the kids. Beautiful views, plenty of space and outdoor living. In a valley between mountain ranges you can see from front porch. The Kiamichi river behind the house was dry but the pool was exceptional.

We rent this property one a quarter for a manager outing and I bring the team out for the weekend. Property owner is top notch as is his home. We will continue to rent the property and truly appreciate being taken care of and always welcomed back. I would recommend this property to anyone. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Steve for sharing your home with my team.
