The Space:

The only 4-bedroom residence available for the ’25-’26 ski season, 202’s sprawling floor plan has more than enough space to suit your group’s needs. A vacation with your extended family all under one roof, a friend’s ski vacation or a home base to get ready for your big day with your wedding party, 202 is perfect. The three large suites are spacious and private, with an extra-large primary suite on one end, each featuring its own private outdoor deck. Direct views of Northstar California Resort can be enjoyed from every room in the residence and both children and adults alike will enjoy watching the skiers and snowboarders whiz down the mountain or hit the half pipe in the distance. End your day with everyone gathered around the fireplace, and toast to mountain memories.



The Neighborhood:

These residences are located adjacent to the infamous Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe, and Constellation guests can enjoy The Ritz-Carlton restaurants, café, bar, lounge area, spa, fire pits, ski gear rentals, ticket office and more. In fact, Constellation guests don’t even need to go outside to access the Hotel! Ideal for those snowy evenings or stormy days. Also located just a few steps from the Highlands Gondola, Constellation guests can take a quick ride down to Northstar village to enjoy ice skating, dining, shopping, live music and all that Northstar Village has to offer. The town of Truckee, with its many fabulous restaurants, bakeries, boutiques and events is just a short 15 minute drive away.



Interaction with Guests:

Our Valet attendant will be your first point of contact upon your arrival, meeting you at your vehicle outside. Our Concierge is also available to greet you and provide assistance from 9am-8pm, 7 days a week from November 20th-April 30th.
