Brand new separate apt from brand new house in Alki. Steps to water!

Alki Beach 3 bedroom apartment (2 kings and 1 bunk bed) on the bottom floor of new house! One block walk to Constellation Park to cold plunge in the sound or a few blocks to the lively Alki beach, with restaurants/shops/bars, such as, Cactus, Harrys's Beach House, Alki Coffee Co, Ampersand Cafe, Ben & Jerry’s, etc.

Perfect spot for catching sunsets, biking, walking, and exploring Seattle. Additionally, our street always has plenty of street parking unlike many blocks on Alki. Taking the water taxi across the water to downtown Seattle and Pikes Place market and the stadiums is highly recommended!

The space is great for a friend or family trip. Nice open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. Short walk to the beach for amazing sunset views. Only about 10 minutes to walk to restaurants. Short drive to water taxi to get to downtown Seattle. We loved it!

Michael, the host was very responsive with answers and information me needed. The home is perfect. Clean, quiet, with all of the amenities you’d want. The location is very close to the waterfront and great restaurants just down the street. Nice secure neighborhood to park your vehicles in. We will definitely recommend this home to anyone.

This was the perfect place for our family of five! The location was amazing and the space itself was immaculate, homey, plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were so thoughtful in the design of this property and included many extra touches that made our stay so easy. They were very helpful and responsive. We will absolutely stay here again!
