Property was very homely and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Ample of parking in quiet street on flat roads.
The house had a lot of character and had a lovely garden.
Communication with the host was exceptional.
Location was great.
Beautiful Cottage Central to Everything
We adored this little cottage and how thoughtful the owner was in setting up her rental. Bed linen was of the highest quality, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was spotless. I loved the old books and the children appreciated the toys . And your garden is just spectacular. We will be back if we ever return to Launceston. Thank you kate!
This period house in Invermay was immaculately presented, from the tastefully furnished rooms to to delightful cottage garden. We would stay again.
Stay was fantastic - perfect location for our purposes.
Automatic Gate was a bit tricky not opening and shutting properly
Beautiful, private and comfortable "colonial" house in pleasant suburban area
We loved our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and is very private. Space for the car inside the automatic gate. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, separate bathroom, two living areas each with TV and good wifi would make it perfect for a larger family, with just the two of us it was a gloriously palatial existence. Everything your need is in the kitchen, even a great little coffee maker (perfect for frothy hot chocolate too!)
It's pretty quiet for a town house, we slept well without disturbance. 5 minutes to the city centre. Launceston is a beautiful place to stay, well placed for exploring north and east coasts, the western tiers, Ben Lomond massif, central highlands and down to Hobart etc all easily reached. Also has great scenery like the cataract gorge all within minutes of the city. We loved our time here, and think Tassie is a magical place, it's so easy to escape, be on your own in wild wonderful countryside, coastlines and mountains. We want to go back already.
Thank you for our stay in your beautiful house Kate!
A hidden gem
A very comfortable and well appointed cottage. Located in a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. Plenty of space for 6 of us and a baby. Very clean, neat and tidy. Lots of homely touches. Will definitely stay again if the occasion arises.
A perfect location to so many attractions. It's a 10 minute walk to University of Tasmania Stadium. The Star Theatre, has recently opened after a refurb - enjoy a wine, beer and snack whilst watching a movie, a casual 3 minute stroll away. The Swamp Cafe is a short stroll for a delicious breakfast or lunch and a beautiful park only doors away. The local IGA Supermarket is a handy 5 minute walk. Along the way make sure you stop in and check out the quirky second hand furniture stores, you will be surprised at what you find!
All of the iconic locations including Boags Brewery, Seaport, The Gorge, Penny Royal are a short drive, as well as numerous wineries, eateries and beautiful walks Launceston and surrounds are famous for.
