Stay comfortably in The Villages at this 3 bedroom/2 bath Courtyard Villa. The beauty of this Courtyard Villa is that it is located in The Village of Mallory close to the FAMOUS Lake Sumter Landing.
Experience what The Villages has to offer with a stay at our amazing house. Has a heated pool but we request extra payment to use it but sometimes that is waived. Please inquire on price.
The space features 2 King beds and 1 queen bed, perfect for a group or family. With two bathrooms, guests can enjoy added convenience and privacy. Tastefully furnished and the house offers a tranquil atmosphere where you can relax after a day of exploring. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put cushions inside. Put umbrellas down. Make sure back gate closed and locked with lock.
Please if you can, some laundry being done would be great
Trash goes outside at bottom of driveway
