We also offer a Washer and Dryer on premises. Guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. We also offer a patio with 2 patio tables and umbrellas with 4 chairs each. There is also a patio conversational set that seats 4 near the grill. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this excellent home provides a cozy retreat.

This home is just minutes away from the Naval Base, Gurnee Mills, Six Flags Great America, American Place Casino, Foss Park Golf Course.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull trash to front on Thursday. Garbage pickup is early Friday Morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check out Policy: LATE check out is only allowed with prior approval. An additional fee of $80 per hour will be charged.

We booked this property when we went to attend a Navy graduation. It is 7 minutes away from the base and we were pleasently sueprised that the house had small Navy decor throughout the house.
