Stay in this beautifully renovated historic home in the heart of downtown Annapolis, just one block from City Dock, the U.S. Naval Academy, the State House, shops, and restaurants. Step outside onto a charming cobblestone street and experience the city’s historic district at its best.



Built between 1885–1887, this classic Annapolis worker’s rowhouse has been part of the Fleet Street neighborhood for more than 130 years. Originally rented to working families connected to the city’s busy waterfront, homes like this formed the heart of Annapolis’ historic maritime community. Around 1910, the house was home to a Chesapeake Bay oysterer, whose story inspired the artwork above the bar.

Today, Green on Fleet blends historic character with modern comfort—offering guests a cozy retreat with curated interiors and a private brick patio just steps from the waterfront.
