The chef’s kitchen blends sleek design with functionality—featuring top-tier stainless-steel appliances, a filtered-water dispenser, coffee maker, kettle, and all essential cookware. Gather for shared meals at the 12-seat dining table, or enjoy breakfast and evening drinks at the kitchen island with seating for 3, so your group of 14 can dine comfortably together.



The moody game room, just off the main living area, offers ping pong, foosball, arcade games, giant Scrabble, and additional board games—perfect for relaxed nights in. Every element was curated to bring people together in an atmosphere of effortless sophistication.

Five designer bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 14 guests, each crafted with its own atmosphere of comfort and style.



• Bedroom 1 (sleeps 4): Two queen canopy beds and a spacious ensuite in deep green tones featuring dual shower heads, a soaking tub, towel warmer & double vanity. Includes a dedicated work desk.

• Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): King canopy bed with an ensuite in warm red hues and private access to the rooftop, plus a work desk for added convenience.

• Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2): King bed & Smart TV in a calming, minimalist design.

• Bedroom 4 (sleeps 4): Two full beds, makeup mirror & a moody black ensuite with rainfall shower and sleek finishes.

• Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2): King bed & Smart TV with soothing, neutral décor.



Each bathroom showcases its own distinctive design palette and thoughtful details—from the emerald serenity of the primary suite to the bold contrast of darker tones. Essentials such as towels, hair dryer, cotton rounds, and Q-tips are provided for guest convenience.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy — you will not be sharing any spaces with other guests. Please note that a few storage closets (four in total) are kept locked for housekeeping supplies.



Guests have unlimited access to the backyard, rooftop, and all common areas. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue essentials, clean towels and sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron, and more.



The driveway accommodates up to 7 cars, or alternative combinations such as 2 RVs & 2 cars or 2 trucks towing a boat & 2 cars — ideal for groups traveling together.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is close to all of Miami's hot spots - Wynwood, Midtown, and Design District are about 10 minutes south, Downtown and Brickell are 20 minutes south and South Beach & Miami Beach are about a 25 minute drive southeast

It is located in a very safe, family-oriented neighborhood.



Getting Around:

RENTING A CAR - 7 vehicles fits on the driveway. If there will be more cars, please let us know beforehand to see if we can accommodate



UBER/LYFT - they are easily accessible from the house and all over Miami



Other Things to Note:

• Parties are not permitted in the home — this rule is strictly enforced.

• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, please maintain reasonable noise levels. Any noise complaints will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

• No pets are allowed.

• Smoking is permitted outdoors only on the backyard patio and is strictly prohibited inside the home.

• Additional housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay upon request.

• Infants and children are welcome!



There is also an extra person fee of $25 per night per guest for any additional guests sleeping at the house after 8 people. This fee is to help cover the additional supplies provided and wear and tear at the house.
