The kids loved the Minons bedroom! They also had a blast at the water park and arcade! Thry children enjoyed the crafts they offered as well. Thr gym had just enough to break a good sweat! The rooms were clean and we had a great time! We will definitely be back! Thank you! The host is also very friendly and responds accordingly. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 10/10

Wonderful Resort Stay!

Our resort stay was AMAZING! We had clear instruction and guidance. Our Host is Wonderful and I want to tell you all that our place was clean and quiet and welcoming and everything that we needed was supplied. This place felt like our second home so thank you, thank you and thank you for a safe and wonderful stay at your resort! I highly recommend it for families and couples as well!

Not again

Easy to work with as far as reservations. The unit was DIRTY and needed some work. The wall in dining area was covered with dust. Pulled back curtain on glass door to balcony and the glass was filthy. Crubs in the kids beds. Under the beds looked like they were never cleaned. If you walked on floor barefoot, your feetbwere black from dirt. The bathrooms were clean. We had a friend come over to visit and they would not let her in the pool area because she wasnt staying there. I told management how dirty itbwas and the response was they will need to do a deep cleaning. Glad we were only there 2 nights.

Nice Resort but Condo needs updating and cleaning

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills- the amenities including the pool were well maintained and our little one enjoyed the splash pad (the water in the splash pad was freezing for the adults supervising, however the pool was warm). Regarding the condo- Pros: - Location was great and convenient to nearby attractions - Host was responsive - Kitchen was well equipped - Good security staff at Windsor Hills - Elevators and grounds were clean Cons: - Cleanliness of condo ( thick dust on ceiling fans, crumbs in the sofa, dirt/ dust) - couldn’t put a/c under 70 would have preferred colder and couldn’t turn on fans due to dust - beds uncomfortable - bunkbed wasn’t properly assembled, bars not properly attached, we didn’t use it but it could have been dangerous - Needs updating- wallpaper peeling, furniture old -Musty smell - poor water pressure in the showers - No dressers in two of the bedrooms to unpack clothes

Upon arrival we walked in the condo had a weird odor. The floors were really slippery like the wrong cleaner was used. The wall in the living room was COVERED in dust. Mixed matched paint across the whole condo. Towels stunk so bad (they really need to be replaced). In children's room missing half of the outlet which is very dangerous for the children's room. Water pressure out of the ALL sinks was horrible. Kids bathroom shower- there was no water pressure and started making a very loud noise. The bunkbeds were held together with duct tape and the top bunk spindles are being bent in like there's too much weight up top, afraid anyone would fall through. We had to move the couch to retrieve a toy. We found socks, shirts, candy and dirt like it hasn't been cleaned ever. This booking needs a complete update. I could go on, but I think this sums it up.

We enjoyed it but you have to pay for everything other than swimming. The basketball court, tennis court all of that cost money and you are on a time limit.

The property was very worn, with one of the showers almost not functional due to water pressure. Everyone ended up sharing the master shower. The location and resort amenities are great, but the condo itself, while clean, needs a lot of work. The bed frames/mattresses are creaky and the kitchen chairs feel like sitting directly on springs.

Pictures of the property is accurate, but the conditions are misleading.The property has a oder of dampness and parts of Minions wall paper in the children's room was peeling. The top bunk on one of the beds was loose. There's some kind of sheet covering the door in the living room. The furniture is wore and out dated. The master bedroom window can't be opened, which is concerning in case of a fire. The master bedroom has clothes pins holding up the curtains or valance above the window. The second bathroom has a sign posted, about water possibly leaking in the unit below when taking a shower. On our last night of stay the smoke detector started beeping, I reached out to the on call person about the chirping sound and was instructed to use a bar stool to remove the battery myself. I was told, because it was after hours, someone would be there in the morning, the day of our check out. So we had to listen to the sound all night. if you decide to rent this property or need anything serviced after 10 pm your on your own, unless it's an emergency. I could have removed the battery myself but I was also taking the risk of damaging their property and possibly injuring myself. Perfect!

Place was everything we were hoping for!! Very close to all the Disney places. Pool and area was clean and easy too acces. Furniture was a bit outdated, but we spent most of the time out side anyway. The little store and restaurant were stocked well, and the food was delicious!!

Short trip to Orlando

We we only here for basically 2.5 days late check in people at front gate were great got to condo, had a couple questions and owner got right back to us. The pool was great and we stayed on site to eat at the little market cafe it was good. The kids splash pad was extremely cold disappointed in that because we booked it especially for that’s we had a 1 year old with us but water was freezing but pool water temp was great. Definitely recommend

Exactly what we needed

We're a family of 6.This was the perfect space for us. Everything was conveniently laid out & available for a family. The water park section was an amazing bonus for the kids (pool was closed.for refurbishment, but the waterpark was enough, & of.course not predictable when they would.close it). Reallyy perfevt for as close to the parks as it was. We'd make this our place when not staying on-site at Disney.

The host was impossible to work with when a hurricane derailed our plans

We booked the property for a trip Disney with high hopes. 1 week before our trip was to start a tropical storm formed in the Gulf of Mexico. 2 days later I reached out to the host and shared my concern that the storm, hurricanes Milton, was now a category 2. The host reassured us that it was no big deal and that we could cancel our booking, but to wait. A few short hours later the storm moved to a cat 4 and then a cat 5 storm. We made a hard decision to our kids dismay move our trip. The local and state officials were telling people to evacuate, Disney closed and the airport closed. I reached back out to the host to ask him to cancel the booking so we could be refunded and he refused. He said he had no need to and the property would be ready after the storm passes. I then spent hours trying to work with VRBO and had the complaints escalated as the host would not work with us. The host reached out the day before the trip was supposed to start to share they were going to reopen the airport that day. I explained to him again that we had canceled our other accommodations and were not coming. He shared at that time “the best he could do was give me half my money back.” The trip has now passed and we still have not received a refund from the host and the communication with VRBO has been silent. We have rented many properties and have Never experienced anything like this. There are plenty of other hosts in this same complex and in the area. I would book with them instead

Fijn verblijf voor gezin

We zijn 7 gebleven en hebben van daaruit de pretparken bezorgd. De ligging is perfect, de Disney parken liggen op 10 minuten rijden en de Universal parken op 15 minuten. De Wallmarkt op 5 minuten. Zwembad was fijn en leuk. Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het interieurs Is niet het meest moderne maar voldoet prima.
