3Bed 3Bath, Private Hot Tub, 5 Minute Walk to Main Street, Town Ski Lift & More!

Our peaceful mountain home in Old Town sits on a hill with lovely mountain views. You will enjoy the open plan living area, well equipped kitchen, fireplace, private hot tub, and ski boot drying station.

The master suite includes a king bed, access to the private hot tub/back deck, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The two guest suites have attached full bathrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen.

All bedroom TVs, as well as the one located in the main living area, offer the capability to sign into your favorite streaming platforms, such as Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. WiFi and board games are also available for your use. A fully stocked kitchen and Weber gas grill (located on the front balcony) make for a convenient night in.

The condo has ample parking space for two vehicles outside. No parking is allowed inside the garage in order to keep it clean. The washer and dryer located in the garage are also available for guest use.

Situated directly between Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts, our condo is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. Historic Main Street is only a short, 5 minute walk down the hill, where you will find world-class dining and shopping. The walk-able Transit Center offers free access to nearby ski resorts and other areas of interest.

Please note that our condo contains a security camera located in the garage. It is attached to the garage door motor. We use this camera to ensure no one parks in the garage, to make sure the door has been shut after check-out, and monitor trash can activity.

Great Location

The property location is a quick walk to bus stops for skiing and to the heart of Park City for dining. The condo itself was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family of 5 (6 would work too). The owner was responsive when needed. We would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo! It was clean and spacious for our group of 6 (3 couples). Beds are comfortable. It’s a very short walk to bus stop with easy access to lifts. It’s also walkable to Main Street for shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect Park City vacation

We absolutely loved staying here! The location to town was perfect. It was an easy walk to all the great shops and restaurants. The home had everything we needed to relax after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, the hot tub fantastic! The bonus of boot warmers in the heated garage for our ski gear was a plus. We loved our week and can’t wait to go back!

Park City Holiday

This home was a comfortable place for our family of five adults to spend the Christmas holiday. We enjoyed a few meals out in Park City which were all an easy walk to town. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the hot tub a nice treat after a day of skiing, and lots of options for entertainment in the evening- movies, games, listening to music. Enjoyed our stay!

This is great condo for couples or a family. It’s nice and cozy and very well stocked. It was a good size for our family of 5. The beds are very comfortable. And there are a number of nice amenities, like the living room fireplace, a hot tub off the master, a gear drying rack in the garage for your boots and a washer / dryer. The location is great. It’s a short walk to Main Street and has close bus stops that will take you to Deer Valley or Park City. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House and Ski Getaway

We visited in early February for 3 night 4 day stay. House is ideal for an all-adult trip. Each bedroom has appropriately sized beds and there are 3 full bathrooms.Close and easy walk to town, even while snowing. Room in the garage to store ski gear and a great family room/great room/open kitchen to facilitate board games and card games. Appreciated an early check-in, hot tub, and the fact that everything was as advertised. Thanks!

Pictures are accurate and the condo is clean and has all the extras of an owner run VRBO. Lots of great movie choices! Very close to shops and slopes. Only issue for us was the really soft MB mattress (one person sinks to the middle). We prefer a firm mattress so this didn't work for us. All else was great!

I highly recommend this property

Just completed a week stay with my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. This property was convenient well appointed, and a quick five minute walk from the transportation center. Every amenity was considered. Coming back after a long day of skiing hot tub could not have been nicer. Tammy, the host answered any questions that I had prior to arrival and the instructions. Once we got to the house, were perfect. I would happily return to this property and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Park City!!!! hot tub, hot tub

Right is Right!

Our family enjoyed our stay here...Main St. was walkable, public transit a hop away, furnishings/kitchen gear were right. Host ensures that you have what you need for a comfortable stay. A couple of issues were dealth with quickly...again, the right way. We hiked, spotted moose from the hot tub (I mean 20' away from the hot tub!), hiked the hills, golfed, enjoyed the 4th of July Park City parade (sang the National Anthem with an opera voice teacher who was in the parade...it was special!) and an outdoor concert in the grass at Deer Valley. A great week that all who stayed with us said they'd like to do again!

Early March Ski Trip

We enjoyed staying at your VRBO. House was very clean, kitchen was well equipped. We used the kitchen for all breakfasts, some lunches and 3 dinners. We did not use the BBQ or hot tub due to the snowfall. Of course we enjoyed the snow. BTW, the city is good at clearing the street, and the manager has a plow that clears most of your driveway. Some VRBOs have limited coffee, soap, paper towels etc. Not this one. Same for the kitchen, all of the utensils, seasonings, and pots/pans we needed. Beds, pillows, and linens were very nice.And the walking distances are correct! but is is a certain amount of up and down.

All appliances were dirt. Specially Dirty food in the oven we have to buy liquids to cleaned by our self. Dishwasher didn't work properly. Not enough towels. Heat at the master room didn't work. Garbage cans full of garbage from last guest.

We care about our guests experience and are very responsive. With timely communication we can take care of any issues that come up that day or the next. We understand why this guest was upset about the cleanliness of the oven. However, the cleaning crew was unavailable to take care of this late in the day on short notice. I was able to schedule them for the next day. I appreciate the guest letting us know about having to run the dishwasher twice. An appointment was made to have it fixed. We are here to help your stay run smoothly. We have lots of extra towels for the showers and hot tub. We have a contractor for any issues with the heat or plumbing. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any needs or condo related issues. If you wait until the review to tell us we are not able to correct them during your stay. Our contractor was called out to check the heat in the primary bedroom and all is working correctly. We have two extra large trash cans and ask each guest to place them by the curb when they leave. The trash is picked up once a week and some guests check out a day or two before the trash is picked up. Please let us know if the cans are full and we will make arrangements. Good communication with our guests is the key to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our week at the house. It was perfect with 3BR and 3 BA - everyone had their space. The hot tub was great for after skiing and the location can’t be beat - walking distance to Main Street and a 5 minute bus to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Kitchen well appointed for cooking - loved having a gas grill for dinner BBQ.

Wonderful Ski Home

Stayed here with friends for a week of skiing. Easy walk or bus ride into Old Town Park City. Quick bus ride if skiing Deer Valley as well. Home is well stocked for food prep and comfortable for 6 adults. Nice little touches like cable TV (with streaming services) and Bluetooth speaker for relaxing apres ski. Owner was extremely responsive to all questions. Great experience and would definitely rent here again.

Weekend Wedding Visit

My girlfriend and I visited in October 2021. We had an incredible time in Park City. We were in town for just the weekend and found the accommodations to be incredible. The townhome is larger than we needed but we chose this spot as it was walking distance to town and the reviews were great. The hot tub was a great perk. Not something we ever use actually but great that it was there. We will be back. Tammy was very quick to respond and offered a lot of great information for our first time visit to Park City. We will come back when there's snow. The restaurants Tammy recommended were spot on! There's not a single complaint, The condo had more than what you'd expect so we left a couple bottles of vodka and a bottle of champagne as a thank you for the little things. For example, they had laundry detergent, coffee filters and salt and pepper among many other spices. Those little things are huge for a quick visit. I

Wonderful condo

Main Street was within walking distance and this made finding a restaurant so much easier. The condo is as described in the listing and the kitchen especially has everything you need. We took advantage of the gas fireplace on a cool, rainy day and the hot tub was used almost every day we were there. One of the better VRBO properties we have rented.
