A cozy little 3 bedroom house with all the comforts of home. It was much much quieter than I thought it would be, and the airbase was no kind of noise problem at all. The carport was big enough to cover a full size pickup except the last foot, and would have given adequate cover in case of a hail storm. The only negative was some water intrusion under the bathtub which the owner is aware of and stated it will be repaired. Over all, a very pleasant stay.
