Welcome to your home base in St. Louis. This comfortable 3-bedroom home gives you plenty of space to spread out, relax, and get things done between shifts or sightseeing. Each bedroom has a cozy queen bed and blackout curtains, so sleep is never a problem. The main bath features a tub/shower combo plus a bidet attachment for extra comfort, and there’s also a convenient half bath upstairs so multiple guests can get ready at once.
The main floor includes a bright living room with a large TV and sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook real meals at home. Upstairs you’ll find a dedicated office with desk, two monitors, and printer – perfect for remote work or charting.
Downstairs, the open basement doubles as a private gym with weight bench, squat rack and cardio equipment, as well as a laundry area with washer and dryer. A mudroom off the back entry gives you a spot to drop coats, scrubs, and shoes before coming inside. Outside, a patio with seating and grill offers a quiet spot to unwind. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please lock all exterior doors and leave both sets of keys on the kitchen table.
Make sure all windows are closed and the thermostat is left on Auto around 70°F.
