Clean place and the appliances are new. But super cheap furniture. Bed slats were not in place so we slept in a deep valley in the bed. No hot water at all. Host was not very responsive. Theres a coffee maker but the only coffee is Keurigs even though its not a Keurig machine…
The location was perfect for our attendance of the Mavericks' game at American Airlines Center, however, parking was challenging and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The lodging was clean but not quite as nice as the pictures on VRBO site. But, back to the sleeping accommodations...the queen-sized mattress, which should have easily slept my daughter and I, was terrible. It was like sleeping on an air mattress. She laid on the right and it was as if the bed deflated. Neither of us are obese...this should not have happened. I wound up sleeping on the futon in the living room which wasn't terrible, but definitely not like sleeping on a comfortable mattress. While I understand the rental was on the less-expensive end, mattresses are not extremely costly so there is not a good reason for not providing a decent mattress for paying guests.
