A full kitchen and lounge with French doors open out to the fabulous deck (electric BBQ) with the lake and its abundant bird life. Pour a glass of wine or venture out onto the Lake Daylesford walking track which is right on your doorstep. Lake Como Villa is an easy walk to the iconic Lake House restaurant and Vincent St shopping precinct. The Villa is suitable for small dogs. The deck is not secure so you will need to keep an eye on your furry friend. Friends also staying check out Lake Como studio on the same site.

A great spot to stay, if you are going to the Lake House for dinner it is just a few minutes walk. The house was clean and well equipped. Lovely view of the lake from the balcony, far enough from town to feel like you have escaped but easy enough to walk in to the shops and cafes.

Fabulous stay at this property. Beautifully presented and with a view of the lake. Many hours spent on the balcony reading with a glass of wine. Would suggest a new umbrella as there is little shade at times.

Relaxing holiday in a beautiful place

We felt like we were in the tree tops and it was so relaxing being able to see the lake from inside the lounge room too as well as on the large deck. Th interiors were extremely well designed, just the number of high quality throws and cushions just added to the overall oppulance. The ducted heating in every room was amazing. We will definitely book again.

Nice place for a weekend getaway

Overall it was very nice and i love all the little touches eg wine and glasses on table.Thank you. Only thing I would recommend is getting the path and drive cleaned up so its not muddy.

Great position, clean, looks larger on photos, a bit dark in the evening (lights are not too bright). Suggest to bring matches just in case as the igniter on the stove does not work and were provided with 3 matches :)

Great place with a great deck to sit and relax. Only downside was the noise from trucks on the main road during the night. Still only affected the light sleeper. We enjoyed our time overall.

Great location, not huge but has everything you could need, so nice to be able to walk straight out the back and be on the walking track around the lake, love that it is pet friendly, fire was perfect given the chilly weather. My only feedback would be that the listing doesn’t clearly explain that there are two spaces within the same house/building for rent, so you may not have the whole property to yourself. Whilst we still had our own space etc., our neighbours were coming and going late into the evening which wasn’t ideal and impacted on that ‘secluded’ ‘private’ feeling. In saying that, we still loved our weekend away and would consider this property again 😊
