This architect designed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house exemplifies luxury in a glorious bush setting.
Free wifi and streaming services. Bluetooth compatible Samsung Sound bar, and a fully fitted office with printer/scanner

A perfect location, Bohemia is in the town yet literally right on the edge of the bush with 180 degree elevated bush views. It's a 500 metre walk (walking maps provided) to Lake Daylesford. Or just a few minutes drive to the centre of Daylesford. Feel the real world slip away the minute you drive down the country lane to Bohemia and its 3.5 acres of total seclusion.

Outside living consists of huge terrace area with stunning views in all directions. The adjacent bush is full of wildlife, particularly a variety of birds. Bohemia is a wildlife friendly zone.

The kitchen offers the latest Smeg appliances, walk in pantry with fridge, and a large island bench where you can enjoy breakfast.
Coffee options include Nespresso pods, Illy plunger or stove top percolated.
A range of teas is also offered.

Curl up on the big comfy couches by the wood fire and gaze out at the gorgeous views, or enjoy some TV, music or a snooze. Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating is available in all living areas.

Both bedrooms are stylish with original artwork, queen sized beds, crisp linen. Each bedroom has panel heater and electric blankets to keep you snug in the cooler weather. For summer there is openable windows to allow the cool highland air to flow through and also overhead ceiling fans.

Ensuite bathrooms offer walk in rain shower, overhead heat lamps, hairdryer, and a basket of amenities.

Hidden tranquility

This was a fabulous spot for a friends catch up. Everything we needed was there - just needed our food. The surrounding land is beautiful and provides for a peaceful view. Sound of the wind in all the trees was magic. It is a rustic property so don't expect carpetted floors or smooth white walls. Just let go and unwind. Look forward to a winter visit.

There is a feeling one has travelled to the centre of a National forest. The view out through and over the canopy of beautiful eucalyptus trees is truly outstanding and so very Australian. Historic dwellings of old can be seen throughout this stunning luxury home, incorporating both corrugated iron and stone walls. Set in the most beautiful of rural settings but with all the advantages of been a short drive from the township. We truly appreciate the huge efforts the hosts undertake to ensure their guests enjoy every moment of their stay.

WOW, Bohemia is a magnificent property in a serene location. The fireplace was a highlight as the weather was cold. The home was very well equipped and had everything that you needed. It catered very well for my elderly mother. We had a restful and rejuvenating break

Beautiful House in Daylesford

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful property. The house is modern, clean and cozy with a fireplace and gift basket on arrival. This house is in a fantastic location, 5 minute drive to town centre. The highlight of this house is the amazing views from the huge windows and outdoor patio. We will definitely return for another stay.

Amazing Bohemia

Stunning property. Check in process easy, relaxing and beautiful views from every room. The fire is amazing and the house has the feeling of being in the middle of the bush. Our 2 days weren't long enough but we will certainly come back again. Thanks for being a great host Stuart.

Luxurious in every way.

Bohemia is even better than the photos depict! The owners have gone to extraordinary lengths to make your stay special. Thoughtful touches like music playing on arrival and lighting set perfectly, a hamper on arrival including wine and chocolate, fluffy white towels in the bathroom and high quality bed linen. I even offered to buy the house! We will be back!

Tranquil and relaxing

Many thanks to Stuart for making available such a warm and welcoming stay for guests at Bohemia Luxury House. Highlights of our stay was the wood fireplace, comfortable beds and lounges, the great tea selection, welcome basket of goodies and tranquil surroundings which encouraged chilling out and late night chats in front of the fire. With games, books and more also available to guests, everything has been thought of. We really did not want to leave. We would definitely stay at Bohemia again. Loved it!
