You will be renting a room in this home with a king size bed and private bathroom. You will be able to fully enjoy the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a spacious backyard and patio area, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Your private bedroom comes equipped with a closet with hangers, TV, mirror, dresser, king bed, 2 night stands, dedicated computer area, lamps and your own in suite bathroom with a stand up shower. Your room has a keypad and a customized code will be given just for your stay.

Everything in the home is just as shown on the pictures. The room has everything you need to get ready for your day.

You will have a dedicated space in the fridge and kitchen cabinets so you can prepare and store your meals comfortably.

There’s plenty of driveway parking, and the neighborhood is calm and friendly.

Please note: Access to the garage and two other bedrooms is restricted. Two other rooms may be occupied, making it a great space to meet like-minded travelers while still enjoying your privacy, or for those traveling for work, or looking for a budget friendly space.

You will have access to the whole house except the garage, bedrooms 1, 2 and the bathroom between room 1 and 2.
