The New Victorian Penthouse is our newest and most unique offering! Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-bedroom apartment. Guests find three queen beds and a twin bed, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. The single bathroom features a bathtub and a bidet, making it a pleasant space to refresh. Climate control keeps the apartment comfortable year-round. Whether relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this brilliant apartment offers a marvelous home base. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.

We are generally staffed from 4 - 6 PM and from 8:00 - 11 AM. Enjoy your morning with check-out at 11AM. We live on-site in our separate family residence and are available by phone outside the regularly-staffed hours.

What makes this property unique

We are one block from the Metro Transit 21 bus stop which you can easily take the short trip west to downtown St. Paul or ride east all the way to Minneapolis.
This is a very walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby.
Otherwise Lyft and Uber are the easiest options for further trips.

We have a parking lot available for our guests, one spot per room.
