Clean house throughout! We had an issue of getting in the house due to a wrong passcode given. However, within 10 minutes we were able to get the correct code from the owner. The area of the located house was in a safe area. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.Takes a while to get to any main places but I think that's how things are in Houston. My boys loved sleeping upstairs in the bunk bed!Very spacious and clean house!
Incredibly clean home. Great location for all our daily schedules. Very secure feeling home in a very large busy city. My sister brought her rescue 10lb dog and it was perfect yard. We came to the Houston area during very cold days, so it took awhile to figure out how to regulate the house temp wise with the running heat… but we figured it out and it all worked well.I cannot express how clean and updated it looked… made for great experience.

We really appreciate you. We take great pride to provide high level of service. Thank you again for staying with us.
Our stayed for three days was comfortable. Nice having a garage to store our vehicle. Location had plenty of places to eat around it. The home is located on a some what busy street but you would think it would be loud but this was not the case. The house is pushed back away from the street. This makes it quiet. The host Dale got back to me quickly when I had questions. Over all a good place to enjoy a vacation in Houston.

I usually do not bother to write a review, but we did run into multiple issues with this property. I never got check in or check out instructions. I had to reach out to the host, who did respond promptly, but it appears they didn't do what they were supposed to on their end for me to be able to see instructions. The house was dirty. The floors were dirty. They were sticky and had streaks and footprints visible. Our socks were dark on the bottom from walking around. We used a few dishes and when taking plates out of the cabinet, they were dirty with food spots on them. There were little ants in the middle bath and large bedroom. There were enough ants that although I started to get ready in the middle bathroom, I moved into the smaller bathroom so they would not be crawling on my things. My husband showered and while using a towel that had been folded on the shelf he found several long hairs. We found this on several towels. The neighborhood seemed fine. But it was lacking some privacy. There are multiple large windows without coverings. You have to walk through a gate to get to the front door. During the day a package was delivered to the door and later a random woman walked in the gates to get it. The neighbors had work being done and since it is a 0 lot line, they were essentially in this yard as well. There are also motion sensor lights that went off all night. I believe it was in the neighbor's yard, but it lit up the backyard which was unnerving. Would not stay again.

We have maintained a 10/10 rating across all our reviews, and as you are the first to complain, I am at a loss as to how to meet your expectations. The property is fully enclosed by fences and walls for maximum privacy. We left specific interior windows uncovered to allow for natural light; I apologize if that was not your preference.
The house is set back from the road to minimize street noise and accommodate the detached garage; unfortunately, we cannot move the structure to shorten the walk. Regarding the neighbor, they entered the yard for less than two minutes to collect repair debris. While I cannot control a neighbor's sensor, I have already provided blackout curtains in the bedroom for your comfort. I understand everyone has bad days, but I feel this feedback is unwarranted.
This guest exhibited high-risk behavior and violated both our house rules and a City of Houston ordinance. They set off fireworks on the driveway, in the street, and in the front yard. Additionally, they hosted unauthorized gatherings of an estimated 10 to 15 people, misused our washing machine until it locked up, and fabricated a claim about a bug to demand a refund—all while insisting on a late checkout."
