Welcome to your home away from home! This pet friendly ground-floor apartment offers a relaxing stay in one of Springfield's most desirable gated communities. Whether you're visiting family, traveling for work, receiving medical care, or simply exploring the city, you'll enjoy the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities.

Located just minutes from Mercy, Cox, Bass Pro, shopping, and restaurants—everything you need is nearby!

You will have access to the entire apartment as well as the shared amenities. Shared amenities include a saltwater pool, hot tub, fitness center, yoga room, 9-hole putting green, resident library, and more!

Please note: The fitness center is available daily, while all other amenities are open from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM.

On-site staff are available in the leasing office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. For maintenance requests or after-hours assistance, please call the office phone number.

This was a great location, and the place was just what my son needed while attending real estate school locally. The place was clean, easy to access, and the pool was a treat. Jessi was easy to reach when needed, as we had a couple of questions in the beginning.
