Relax with the whole family and enjoy the incredible views at this peaceful escape in Daytona Beach Shores. Be the first to stay in in this owner's unit. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium with 2-private balconies. This unit offers both ocean front and river views and can accommodate 8-people max. with a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bunk-bed and queen sofa bed in the guest room. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1-ensuite in the main bedroom and 1 guest bathroom.

This 1,865sqft condo has private ocean front and Intercoastal balconies. On the 22nd floor, you will have peace and quiet surrounded by beauty because this end unit boasts 3-additional windows over the interior units. Wifi and smart TVs throughout the unit. Office and lounge in near the private river view balcony.

Guests have full access to amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, direct beach access, hot tub, bbq grills, al fresco dining area, fitness center, hobby room, fire pits and secure dog yard.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guests have a central point of contact with Daytona Oceanfront Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Building management require a hosted check-in.

A trusted host will reach out by SMS text prior to check-in to coordinate your arrival. Guests are responsible for prompt and courteous communication with the host. The check-in time is an appointment with the host and guests that miss their appointment may have a delay until a new host can be scheduled.

Normal check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Guests are required to return a registration form providing mobile contact number, home address, car model & license plate number and names of unit occupants. This information is filed with the respective building management office to provide to first responders in case of emergency. Guests must also provide this information to receive parking passes and to coordinate with the check-in host prior to arrival.

Includes 1 open garage parking spaces (6'6" max. clearance) and 1 open parking lot space. Guests will be provided with a garage code by the building manager.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

Pets at Grand Coquina:
This is a “Dog Friendly” building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends, please have an updated copy of your pet’s vet records with pet’s weight and showing all immunizations are current.

No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit, no aggressive breeds are allowed, and there is a 20lb individual size limit.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 25.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No ADA accessible features installed in condo.

Those with allergies or sensitive to pet dander should be aware that Grand Coquina is a pet-friendly building.

Crib and high-chair must be requested in advance. We have 2-sets that are assigned as requested.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please throw away trash. Trash chutes are in a nearby hallway utility closet. Please tie up trash bags before disposal and please do not to overload the chute.
Turn off TV and appliances

Nicely designed condo with beautiful views. Very comfortable. The only thing I can suggest is maybe better pillows and additional blankets because it was quite chilly during our visit. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Let me count the wayswrong address - trouble finding the propertynot really ready to rent - door lick batteries needed changed - carpet not clean with stains- furniture not confortable -furniture in patio too crowded to use easily and not very usable - frig water and ice had to be fixed -microvave broke- kitchen not well stocked with things to cook pots and pans- manager was helpful but this was not ready to rent - thermostat fell off the wall and had to be replaced - other wise agreat view

This guest did not communicate well with our host and showed up to the property unannounced. There is no front desk at any of our buildings. Building management also require a hosted check-in. Normal check-in hours are 4-8pm EST. Late check-in from 8pm-12am will incur a $100 fee. Guests are responsible for prompt and courteous communication with the host. The check-in time is an appointment with the host and guests that miss their appointment may have a delay until a new host can be scheduled. We do our best to service our units and respond to guests in a timely matter. However, we also appreciate when guests understand we may have to coordinate with vendors or order parts on the rare occasion when an appliance has an issue. All issues raised by this guest were addressed as soon as possible and a new thermostat was even installed the same day the issue was raised.
