Check-in time is 3:00pm
You will have access to the entire home with self-check-in via smart lock. Access code will be sent to you the day before check-in.
To open or lock the door, just enter the code, then press “the security button” which is right under the number 9. When the security button led is blue, door is open; amber is locked.

Check-out time is 10:00am firmly.
Put all trash/recycle in the big trash bin outside the house. Dark Green Bin is for Trash. Blue Bin is for Recycle (paper, glass, plastic). Light Green Bin is for yard waste.
Garbage collecting day is Friday. Please pull garbage/recycle bins to the curb Thursday evening. Raleigh City collection schedule is in the information folder.
Please put used towels on the bathroom floor or laundry room. Please put used dishes and cups etc. in the dishwasher before leaving.

TV
TV is connected to WiFi. The Vizio WatchFree+ program has a lot of Movie/TV choices. You can also login to your own NetFlix, YouTube etc.
The remote has sound control on the right-hand side.
Gas Stove
Push the control knob for the desired burner in and turn it counter-clockwise to the "light" or "ignite" position.
You should hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
The burner should light almost instantly.
Once the burner is lit, release the knob and turn it further to your desired flame size.
If a burner fails to ignite, turn the knob off immediately and check for any blockages or issues with the igniter.
Fireplace
The power switch of electric fireplace is located inside the top-right opening of the fireplace. The remote can change temperature and color of the flames.
Porcelain Tea Set
The porcelain tea set has a silver rim. Please don’t put it in the microwave.
Wine Cooler
The bottled water in the wine cooler is free for you.
Makeup Mirror
Makeup Mirror charger is a white USB cable in master bath vanity drawer. The plug-in is on the side of mirror (not base).
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the house. Evidence of smoking will result in an extra $500 cleaning fee.
Recreational marijuana is not legal in North Carolina. Evidence of using marijuana will result in an extra $1000 cleaning fee and report to police.
Google Nest Thermostat
Summertime: All 3 thermostats “Cool”, First floor 72F, Second floor 73F, Third floor 74F.
Wintertime: All 3 thermostats “Heat”, All three set to 68F.
Although there is a thermostat on each floor. There is ONLY ONE HVAC system. Please set up the 3 thermostats to work TOGETHER. For example: You cannot set 1 thermostat to Heat, the other 2 to Cool.
We don’t recommend using programable scheduling.
