This Pilot Street beach house is the perfect getaway for your vacation. Three bedrooms, two full bath with a large great room and extended outdoor living space. Kitchen renovated (granite counters, new stainless appliances, bar stool seating). Dining table for up to 8. The private outdoor deck has a dining table and sitting area and grill. All new mattresses. This is a beautiful home in the premier location in Boca Grande - quiet block just steps to the beach, walk to town, climb the lighthouse, shop or dine at one of the 14 restaurants with fresh local catch. The house is a perfect beach house, fully equipped for all your needs.

We have beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for your use. If you want to rent a golf cart or bikes, I recommend Caddy Carts or Gasparilla Adventures, respectively. Fun!

A relaxing beach vacation

The house was everything we expected! It was clean, great house to cook in and hangout on the nice back deck. It’s on a quiet street, right by the beach. It had great parking for a small boat and golf cart. We had a wonderful time!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Elizabeth's and it was perfect once again. She's an excellent host and clearly goes above and beyond to accommodate for her guests. We loved this home, so beautifully appointed and just the right size for our small family. Very child friendly and an easy quick walk to a beautiful beach. Rent a golf cart to get the best access to the quaint village and shops. You will feel like a local if you do!!!

Great house, great location!

We had a beautiful week on Gasparilla Island and this house was perfect for our family trip. The location was so convenient for beaches, trips into town for ice cream, dinners and sunsets. The house was well appointed, served us very well, four adults and two kiddos. Elizabeth was very attentive and very responsive to any questions we had, would highly recommend.

Boca Grande as I remember it!!

After a 40 year hiatus between the las time I was on Boca Grande, this rental most completely captured the feel and timeliness style that I do fondly remember. The house is spotless and fully equipped with anything and everything you would need or want. It’s in a great location, very close to the beach and just a few blocks south of “downtown”. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

3 Night island getaway

This is our second stay at your property on Pilot Street. We stayed there for ladies day Tarpon tournament 2017 and ladies day tarpon tournament 2019. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. However the master bedroom is very hot compared to the rest of the house. This may be due to inadequate insulation/ being above parking and garage area? Also I believe there is a downstairs area?The first year we used downstairs, but this year it was locked? Overall nice location and enjoyable stay.

Thanks for your feedback! I want to share that we added a second air conditioner to the house, and the master bedroom is controlled by a Nest thermostat in the kitchen. It was inadvertently set for turning off without motion, but we took off all settings so you can adjust the temperature as you wish. It actually gets quite chilly if you want it cold! We just bought the house in May 2018, and we have now removed entirely the lower level (a sunken basement in Florida - crazy, right?) It was out of code and below sea level, so we filled it in with dirt! It is now simply just open air ground level. I do hope you return again. We continue to upgrade the house with the new kitchen, just added new couches, and new amenities all the time! Thank you. Elizabeth
