The Space:

Welcome to your nature escape! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Ranch home offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and outdoor adventure. As you enter, you're greeted by a large living room with cozy sectional seating, chairs, and a decorative fireplace, alongside a large Smart TV for your entertainment. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with a table that extends for extra space. Just off the dining area, the newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped, including a dual coffee maker, syrups, sugar, and coffee for your convenience.



The main level features a home office with a queen pullout sofa, a desk setup with a monitor (which doubles as a TV), and access to a private deck with stunning nature views. You'll also find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, another with 4 twin bunk beds, and a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, ensuring comfort and convenience. There is an additional full bathroom near the bedrooms with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.



The walk-out lower level is a true highlight, offering hours of fun with an electronic dartboard, Mortal Kombat arcade game, pool table, poker table, and a movie theatre room featuring a massive TV with surround sound and a sectional sofa that doubles as a full bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located downstairs.



Step outside to the expansive deck, overlooking a true nature lover's paradise. Wander down the walking trail that winds through the tree-lined backyard, crossing creeks and offering glimpses of wildlife, including deer, fox, rabbits, and various birds. Two fire pit areas await for you to enjoy the outdoors under the stars.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home aside from a locked storage area in the basement.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Parties or large gatherings

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
