The upstairs level includes a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, a full kitchen, dining area, laundry, and a cozy living room. Downstairs offers a separate queen bedroom, a second full kitchen, a pullout couch, and its own living area—creating privacy and flexibility for groups.
Guests love the mountain views, clean updated floors, fresh paint, EV charger, multiple thermostats, and the peaceful setting. Outdoor amenities include a Green Egg grill, fire pit, and a kids swing. Cameras are located outside for security, facing the mountains and trash area.
This home is fully equipped with three coffee makers (one on each floor), smart Yale locks, a Nest thermostat upstairs, split-unit AC downstairs, WiFi, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit.
