This comfortable six bedroom, 3.5 bath home is nestled in one of the island's prettiest neighborhoods. Cape style, it is ideally located slightly over a mile from town, and two miles from either the South Shore beaches or the town beach areas.
All first floor bedrooms have min split a/c units.
Basement: Full unfinished basement with washer and dryer.

Instructions to complete the agreement will be provided immediately after booking.
The edge of Town draws an arc that starts from Prospect Street by the Old Mill and sweeps west and north, ending right behind Cliff Road. The area has quickly built up since 2010, and is defined by accessible luxury. Sitting just outside the Old Historic District, the Edge of Town offers some of the closest homes to Town with pools, as well as many newly constructed residences with modern amenities.
