I fell in love with the tropical climate, bright colored beaches, exotic plants and animals and most importantly the kind people. I wish for all my renters to experience the same feeling of escape, adventure and relaxation.
Why they chose this property
There are a lot of neighborhoods in florida that have over 100 houses on a street. I chose my particular house because it is a very small and cozy street right on the Port Saint Lucie River - great for walks and seeing wildlife. I saw an alligator resting on the riverside the second time I went for a stroll on one of the cat walk bridges over the river. It is walking distance to the super.market and CVS for any needs. Walmart and all those stores are right down the street.
What makes this property unique
The property has a very large well kept backyard with fencing for privacy.
