Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all bath towels, hand towels, and wash rags in equal loads in all 3 washers and start wash cycle
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a very nice wood island, please use drink coasters for all drinks. Do not place hot items on the island. Quiet hours are11:00 pm - 8:00 am
Thermostats must remain between 68 - 74 F No confetti, glitter, or silly string on the property Do not move furniture. Additional charges will apply.
Don't tape, attach, or hang items on walls, furniture, or fixtures Pathway to lake is a walk or golf cart path. Passenger vehicles prohibited.

You will have a great view of the lake from both decks. We offer a gentle sloped walk to the lake and a 2 covered boat slip dock with a large sun-bathing area. A great outdoor cooking area with a grill and 36" wide Blackstone gridle. No steps from upper or lower areas to walk path to lake.
