Located on a quiet block in South Philadelphia, this gorgeous 2 bed / 1 bath apartment offers a comfortable retreat for guests. It’s close to the PHL airport (15 minutes drive), stadiums (10 minutes) or Center City (10 minutes). Also conveniently nearby within a mile or so are stores like Walmart, Target, Aldi, and Giant. For local attractions and places of interest there’s a cafe just across the street (Grind Core) and Dickinson Square park a block away, great for take a relaxing stroll. Did you say cheesesteaks? Popular spots like Pats or Geno’s are about a mile away. Local favorites like John’s Roast pork and Angelo’s Pizzeria are also close by. The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full bed, plus a living room with a futon for an extra sleeping space. The bathroom includes a shower bathtub and toilet with bidet, great for cleaning up after a day of exploring. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches and amenities like central AC and heating, fast WiFi, full kitchen, washer & dryer, heated toilet seat with bidet, all to keep the space enjoyable for guests year-round. Parking is free on numbered streets (going North / South). Parking - Note that street parking (be prepared to parallel park) gets difficult to find after 5PM and so we suggest arriving before then to easily find a spot. We are Philly residents for 3 years who also spend a few months out of state. While we are away we love to share our home to guests so they can enjoy the community and city as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Next to a quaint park. Mix of people from young families, professionals, and much more. Very close to the stadiums as well as major chains like Walmart, Target, Home Depot and IKEA. It’s a good mix of residential city feel with a touch of the suburbs.
