Relax in the well appointed living room after a day touring the sights. Cook dinner for friends in the fantastic kitchen with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Your friends can keep you company while you cook at the bar that seats 3. Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is a fully stocked kitchen with the essentials to make a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

Sleep well in the queen sized bed in the beautifully decorated sleeping quarters. Need extra sleeping space, pull out the couch to reveal a full size mattress.

After a long day exploring the city, wash away the city in the marble tub/shower.

This 1st floor unit is great for guests who prefer no stairs. Handicap/elderly friendly.


University is an awesome place to live, work and visit. Walk everywhere!

UPenn and Drexel students are always out and about. Grab a coffee. Take in a movie at the Cineplex. Explore every flavor of cuisine - Indian, Chinese, BBQ, soul food or just go for the Philly favorite, a cheese steak.


What s super great about this location is how easy it is to get around. It s a 10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee and more. Or if you re looking to explore more of the city bring your car, there is on street parking available.

Better yet, take advantage of Philadelphia s top notch public transit. The 21 bus runs every 15 minutes at 42nd & Chestnut (4 block walk) OR ride the Market-Frankford train (elevated train) at 40th & Market Sts. (6 block walk).

Great place & well equipoed

Great little property close to the university and hospital campuses. Easy to find and check in. Bed was comfy and was perfect for my short work trip. I would definitely recommend. Had all the amenities and instructions were clear at check in and how to get around the city use the Wi-Fi etc. great host!

Wonderful host and apartment

The apartment was wonderful. Very well laid out and functional (as nice as the pictures present). Amenities, service, and helpfulness of the hostess were appreciated. Instructions upon entry were explicit and helpful. The apartment made us immediately feel comfortable.

The place was very clean and was very welcoming. The check in process was very easy. Because it's an older building remodeled, the air conditioning did not circulate fully to the bedroom and it could get hot at night.

i stayed for five nights in this lovely, sparkling clean unit. The host created a very welcoming environment. The location is very near to the CHOP medical campus and Ronald McDonald House. Walking in the surrounding neighborhood seemed quite safe. I recommend this choice highly.

Well appointed, clean and spacious 1st floor 1 bedroom

This place was beautifully decorated, very clean and welcoming with little touch from the host. He/She was responsive and flexible with the booking. This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is convenient to both UPenn and Drexel Univeristy.

Short Weekend Stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment was just as it was described plus owner had many little extra toiletries available if needed. I also really appreciated having some cleaning supplies available if needed. We used Apple Maps to guide us to the location and it took us somewhere about 5 blocks away. Messaged the owner and she immediately responded with additional info and offered to speak with us on the phone. Her directions were spot on and guided us right in. Location was perfect for our visit to Univ. Of Penn.

Great stay while visiting daughter at UPenn

We had a great stay! The place was a short walk to U Penn campus. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Very clean, plenty of space for the two of us, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Thanks for being a great host!
