Our family had a wonderful time at the resort and the accommodations were amazing. The kids loved the themed rooms and it was big enough that every one was able to have their own room. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Orlando!

Very clean, nicely decorated, and great set up. The kids loved the themed rooms. Everything worked, check in and check out process was great. It was a perfect location being close to the parks and shopping, we felt safe in the gated community, and enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very nice. I would use it again, comfortable, unit is very close to the pools. My only issue was I had little childreand the high ceilings did echo. I really enjoyed my time on first floor screenporch.

We did want to follow up regarding your comment about the height of the ceilings, particularly as it related to traveling with small children. We weren’t quite sure what you meant and wanted to better understand your concern. The home has traditional, standard-height ceilings and does not have extended or unusually high ceilings. The ceiling height is also consistent with the standard construction of the homes throughout the resort. We certainly appreciate your feedback and understand that every family has different needs and preferences when traveling. While the ceiling height is a structural feature of the home and unfortunately not something we are able to modify, we appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. This place was everything that was described. My family had ample enough space to relax. It was the central location to everything in Orlando. The host would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had. They were really generous in providing accommodations due our flight canceling. I was so grateful to have chosen this home. Despite our late entry, my kids and husband and I still had a great time. Would definitely rent out again.

Our stay was outstanding. We have been to this resort multiple years and this was the best place to date. The customer service was above and beyond. Always in communication and meeting our every need promptly. I highly recommend this place for family vacations. The beds were comfortable. I love the room darkening drapes.

The location for the parks was great. The staff at Farrells were great and the food was very good. The location of this property to the pool was perfect! The host was outstanding. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is secure and perfect for family fun.

Location and Regal Palms amenities were top notch! The host for this property was incredibly responsive and addressed every issue. The main problem was the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Upon entering the home, the overwhelming food smell was enough to take you out. It took days to eliminate it. The home needs a deep clean as all corners, high areas, and surfaces need dusted and/or scrubbed.
