This was an excellent property in every way. Comfortable, Convenient, Clean and Quiet. The decor is very attractive, and very nice views of the golf course too. The Host was very helpful, and welcoming. We were very pleased with the accommodations and will definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and spacious. Beds were great. Didn't use the kitchen to cook meals but had everything needed. Enjoyed the racket ball courts.

Our stay was great! The host was very quick to communicate and was flexible with some of our last-minute requests. The place was very clean and it was in a quiet area which made it nice to relax in. We just wish we had more time to enjoy the area and all the amenities!

Property was everything we expected and more, especially for the price. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, perfectly located, and quiet. Kevin was accessible, answered all our questions; a perfect host. This property was a fantastic fit for our stay. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely look to see if this property is available!

Pool not open yet. Park and play area were nice. Our only suggestion is to provide more bath towels, so they don’t have to be washed daily. Otherwise very nice

The Bella Vista outdoor pools open on Memorial Day Weekend as stated in the listing. Not much a host can do about that. Indoor pool is open year around at Branchwood. When I met you to return the items you left behind I was happy to hear you had a great stay. We left 6 towels for your group of 4. We would have gladly dropped off more when I checked in with you. Hope you have a safe trip back home.

Wonderful place to stay. Plenty of activities available for those interested. The deck overlooks one of the tees and fairways. Fun to watch the errant shots. Everything available if you want to cook your meals. Access is easy with the walk up ramp. Walk-in showers are wonderful. We will be in this area 3-4 times a year for the next several years and hope this rental will be available. Communication with Kevin was excellent.

Very nice 3 BR 2 bath home perfect for my family of 4 (2 teens). Close to one of BV’s rec centers and host was able to get us guest passes. Host was very responsive although we didn’t have any needs, as it was all taken care of.

The property owner had several welcoming gifts waiting for our stay. The property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. It has a lovely view and close to many points of interest. Any question I had posed to the owner was answered in an expedious way. Our family will definitely be checking out this property for our next visit. We could not have been more pleased or impressed.

Our entire stay was wonderful. The location itself is beautiful and quite easy to navigate. The living room and dining room were so commodious and were great for unwinding and relaxing after a long day on our family excursions as well as the deck, which was great for observing wildlife morning and night. The bedrooms were also spacious and the beds themselves were very comfortable. Having laundry on-site was so convenient, and we were very grateful to be able to do our laundry before heading back home. We never had a chance to use our guest passes but the list of amenities was so bountiful that with all our other plans we were never going to use them all. By the end of the week and our trip, we were truly so shocked by the overall price of our stay! It was so inexpensive for a memorial week and weekend that we would’ve easily expected to pay more. This truly is a wonderful property and anyone would be lucky to stay. I really searched for cons as I like to leave as genuine a review as possible but other than my own personal issues with winding roads all across that tristate area I genuinely wasn’t able to find anything wrong with our stay!
