This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is surrounded from the side and rear by parkland and has only one directly adjoining neighbour providing an extra element of privacy. Set in the village-like, gated Jacaranda's precinct, fully fenced and landscaped. Enjoy a wine and relax with friends, sitting around the outdoor firepit, or relaxing in the warm outdoor jacuzzi! .

A separate intimate formal lounge with warming gas fireplace greets you as you enter. Casual living is offered towards the rear of the property with a combined kitchen and dining. Complemented by a generous North East facing patio to soak up the sunshine this creates day to day living all on one level.

Two bedrooms, bathroom, a multimedia room and study are located on the upper level for the perfect kids retreat or gives your group a bit of space to themselves.

An additional loft suite with its own bathroom and internal access is situated above the double garage.

Bad start but got better

Property had not been cleaned when we let ourselves in so not a great start. property manger responded really well and got us set up at the restaurant with a tab whilst they put everything right. Property spacious and very well appointed Aircon on a hot couple of days was not up to the task and there were no fans to help with that.
