Return any indoor or outdoor furniture to its original location. Dispose of all trash from kitchen , bathrooms in the outdoor bins
Turn off all the lights, close the doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hrs 9 PM-7 AM. No Boat Trailers on Property. Boat lift not allowed. Deck ok to use. Pets not allowed.
Adult supervision needed in Hot tub. Obey Posted Hot tub Rules. Do not set AC below 72. Turn off grill immediately , clean after every use. Fine $100
For early check-in or late checkout there is $50 per hour. Strict No-Pets policy Pet cleaning fee of min $375 , + any additional cleaning upto $1500

This house is so beautifully set up. The kitchen and open living room/dining room are perfect for relaxing together after a fun day on the island. We truly appreciated the amazing set up outside-the patio is the perfect place to read a book. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Marco Island home. We got some great R&R in and it was much needed. Home is so comfortable and has everything you need. Great location for getting around Marco Island. Sad to be back in the cold. Happy New Year!

House was very nice and located in a great area close enough to the main strip. The only thing missing was small amenities - need to purchase all your own items
