Priced competitively, we offer a clean, , well-stocked, and comfortable stay without the luxury price tag. We don't describe our apartment as luxury. It's a practical home from home.
This apartment is situated in downtown Belfast. It's only 8 minutes walk to City Hall and 5 minutes walk to Belfast's famous market. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the Waterfront Hall and conference centre and Lanyon Place (Central) Station
Warm and comfortable apartment.
Two bedrooms. The larger room has a double bed . The other bedroom has one single bed and is a small, but comfortable, box room.
The single room faces a main road and there is some traffic noise at busy times.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge, giving you maximum sleeping flexibilty.
This apartment is not step free. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment.
The apartment benefits from not being part of a block. You have direct access to your car; so luggage tranfer is easy and no disturbance from neighbours.
We have self service check-in, so you can arrive without having to meet us.
Tea and coffee on arrival.
There's a dedicated parking space, right by the apartment.
There's a washing machine and dryer so you can catch up with laundry.
The flat has high speed fibre optic broadband.
There's a safe for passports etc.

Clean, comfortable, and great location!
This apartment (flat) is within walking distance of central Belfast, St George's market, and quite a few great restaurants. It's perfect for two people, although you could sleep more than that. That said, you Americans (myself included!) will find that places are smaller than what you may be used to here. It's really not a problem, just make good use of your space and you're fine. It has an all in one washer-dryer which is perfect if you are traveling for an extended period. A full kitchen, which means you can buy food at the market and make it there. That will save you some money. St George's market is open Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
Overall I totally recommend!
One last tip: book certain things online before you go (Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Titanic Belfast) Belfast is no longer a secret.
