Welcome to our beautifully renovated Appenzell house! It perfectly blends traditional local charm with all the modern comforts you desire. Ideal for families and groups, the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen with a large dining area, perfect for social gatherings. Afterwards, relax and soak up the scenery in the Panoramic Living Room!

The house features four cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. We offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with three queen beds and one cozy bunk bed. The efficient heating ensures a pleasant stay year-round.

The house offers a peaceful setting, while still allowing you to reach the center of Appenzell in just a 12-minute walk. For your comfort, fast, free WiFi is available, and we welcome you with complimentary Nespresso coffee and breakfast basics. (Please note: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.) Every guest will receive a free Appenzell holiday card for free local transportation, free gondola rides, free cheese and beer tasting, free museums, etc. (a USD 200+ value). We will collect a tourist tax of CHF 2.50 per person per night. (There is no tax for guests under the age of 16)

Fantastic family stay – highly recommended!We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home with our family. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms are incredibly large and spacious, offering absolutely beautiful views that we loved waking up to.The host was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We also fell in love with the interior design—the decorations and thoughtful details throughout the home made it feel incredibly cozy and high-end.Every single amenity and tool you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was fully provided. On top of that, the location is perfect: a peaceful spot that is just a convenient 10-minute walk to the center.We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Hands down the best decision I made when booking our trip to Switzerland was this home. It was beyond expectations and was so much more than we could have asked. The location is incredible, peaceful and idillic. The house is clean and incredible place to rest after a long journey. Right away when booking Oliver went out of his way to answer questions and make the whole process delightful. We have three small children and it was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable and for them to run around through the fields outside. I will forever treasure our time in this home and could not speak more highly about it and about Oliver.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft mit mega Blick in die Berge. Es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Meine beste Empfehlung und supergerne wieder.Ein Ort zum Sein, zum Erholen und bestens für Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur ein paar Gehminuten nach Appenzell.Ein Volltreffer!

Wonderful hosts - very welcoming and very hospitable. Oliver met us at the train station and personally showed us to his home. He and his wife went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. This home is in the most perfect location with amazing views of the mountains. Perfect for families - so much space to spread out and enjoy. This was the perfect launch location to enjoy the town of Appenzell, but to easily get to the mountains for hiking. 10/10!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Ausblick sowie die durchdachte Ausstattung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt – sowohl Einrichtung der Küche, Lebensmittel als auch Hygieneartikel, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
