PowderHaus at 5280 - NEW TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT with BRAND NEW HOT TUB!!
Experience mountain luxury in this newly renovated ski-in, ski-out retreat with direct access to both Upper and Lower Shawneehaw ski runs. Designed for adventure and relaxation, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home combines comfort, style, and unbeatable convenience.
Step inside to a warm and inviting living area complete with a cozy fireplace. Enjoy stunning long-range mountain views from not one, but two expansive decks.
Outside, soak in the brand-new hot tub as you take in the scenery.
The space
You will need 4x4 AND/OR Chains during the winter months. Our house is located right next to the slopes and roads get hit hard with snowblowers. Roads are salted and plowed frequently but if there is an active snow storm I would recommend coming prepared!
Parking available for 2 vehicles only during the peak winter months and 3-4 with no snow accumulation. Please ensure you park in the proper spot labeled 102 Galax. Parking in the street or neighbors spots will get you towed. Snowplows must have access to clear the road!
During winter months, please leave all ski/snowboarding equipment outside under the covered deck. We have gravity grabbers installed to store equipment.
We have just installed a brand new Viking Hot tub that seats up to 7 people. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. Please ensure the cover is placed and secured by all 4 latches after each use. We have very high winds and would prefer to keep the cover intact.
We are right next to snowblowers so snow does accumulate on the decks very quickly. We will have someone shovel decks frequently but snow shovels are on sight when needed. Please have windshield scrapers handy.
Roku TV's in all bedrooms plus living room.
Luxury towels and linens provided.
Toiletries provided (bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, papertowels, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, trash bags)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hot tub cover must be placed on hot tub at all times when not in use and latched in all locations. Beech experiences very high winds.
Grill cover must be secured using Velcro straps.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love skiing and snowboarding and have had the blessing of doing what we love with our beautiful kids (who are now better than we are)! I love hosting people, so I hope your stay is memorable and if you need anything at all, please reach out! If it's snowy, we'll likely be nearby!

We love the ski loft neighborhood. The slopes are on your doorstep, so no walking is needed! We are also closer to everything in town.
