The master bedroom is fully furnished with a King size bed, smart TV and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full beds with smart TV. Unit comes with a brand new smart TV in the spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances. Unit has it's own dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Building amenities include a large patio, deck, lounge chairs, heated pool, barbecue, central elevator and card operated washer/dryer room on each floor.

The location was great, beautiful gulf views and easy access to the beach. It was easy to communicate with the host, and the staff at the office were always friendly and helpful.

Fifty Gulfside is my favorite vacation spot! Everything is easy access for an older senior such as myself! Very clean property. Will hopefully go back many years to come!

We really loved this property and the location and all the amenities. I think I read the description wrong and thought it had its own washer and dryer. The unit was very clean. The only thing was that it smelled when we walked in the door. Our had carpet and they might have just cleaned it, but they're was stains all over it. Other than that we loved it, we just wished that it did not have carpet. The rental staff were great!. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing location - easy to access the pool and beach. The owner, Frank, was easy to get a hold of and pleasant to deal with. The property itself is nice, living room/kitchen along with the balcony overlooking the Gulf were awesome!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our vacation very much! The condo was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning was cold and much needed after our days at the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the spacious balcony watching the waves when we weren't out in the water. The pool area was very nice and clean. This condo is very convenient to area restaurants and shopping. We hope to return!
