This is a “bed&breakfast” type stay. 4 rooms, 3 upstairs (very tight quarters), 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house. None of this is advertised. Host information is not available on the website to ask questions. The assumptions and arrangements are solely made based off what is provided by them to Expedia. I found out when I arrived. Important information to share. Thankfully no one else was renting at the same time during my stay due to some upkeep being done. I was there for work so I needed the peace and quiet for my 10 day stay. Walls are thin. Place was not ready for me at check in so they were working until 10pm my first night. I left 2 nights early due to dog howling in the middle of the night when the owner left it alone knowing it has anxiety. Messages between us read that he is aware and will need to take him with him. However, it didn’t happen and I got woken up on a work night since he put the dog in the bedroom right next to mine!! I’m sure I’m missing some things.
Scenery and beach access was nice. Somewhat private and peaceful. About 1 yard from boat ramp. Kayak, peddle boat, hot tub (never used), grill (never used) and outdoor furniture provide. Cleaning lady seems nice. Owner seems nice otherwise.
