The Space
Oasis del Mar is 93 square meters, accommodating up to six guests. Both tranquil bedrooms have a 55" Smart TV, and soft linen. Master bedroom featuring a king size bed and the guest featuring two double beds. For those extra guest there is a king size pull-out sofa. The open living and dining area opens to a private balcony with sea views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
The kitchen has modern amenities like a dishwasher and coffee maker, making meal prep easy. A washer and dryer add convenience.

This is a great unit in a brand new building. The condo has everything you might need—from kitchen supplies to beach towels—to make for a comfortable stay. The host was also very accommodating, and quick to respond to our inquiries. The public spaces are very well maintained, and the building security guards are all extremely friendly.

Disappointed that the host interaction was poor throughout the whole process, not personal or friendly. Requested a late check out 5 days prior to leaving and had to get VRBO to intervene as host didn’t reply. She did eventually speak to me and allowed us 2 extra hours but it was very uncomfortable. The condo was beautiful but sadly wasn’t as advertised, the 2nd bedroom stated 2 Double beds and they were singles ! Very uncomfortable for my brother in law who is well over 6 ft ! King size pull out sofa, definitely wasn’t king size ! Description also stated grill which it didn’t have only a stove. In the information it said we could request water replacement at reception but the receptionist said they didn’t do that, as they are not a hotel . Canadian transfers struggled to find the property from the directions given by the host, as unnamed street and building , that wasn’t great ! The code provided to get into the condo didn’t have the # on the end of the numbers so we couldn’t get in at first until we tried the # key ! Little things that make it harder after an 11 hour flight! Overall the condo was lovely and well equipped but the bedroom situation spoiled it . A suggestion for smaller chairs / sofa on the balcony as only 2 large chairs for 4 - 6 guests . The TV was in an awkward position on the wall when you came in from the balcony as the wind often moved it forward and easy to catch your head on it.Sadly We wouldn’t stay again in this condo or building .
