Until I am able to retire I wanted to turn my unit into a vacation rental. I want others to enjoy what I love about the condo and the location. Waking up and having a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise overlooking the water is my favorite way to start my day. From time to time you will even catch the dolphins & manatees playing around in the Basin.
