Guest Services provided on-site at resort office: Front Desk, Maintenance, and Concierge. Grin n' Bear It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin. Bedroom on the main level has a king bed and full bathroom. Upstairs bedroom has king bed, full bathroom, and large jacuzzi tub. Open loft has bunk beds and pool table. Gas fireplace in living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV and WiFi. Private deck with rocking chairs, picnic table, gas grill and hot tub. Dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $119 per dog.

Grin n' Bear It is located in Little Valley Mountain Resort where you have access to so many great amenities that are included in your stay! There is an outdoor pool, putt-putt, four stocked fishing ponds, par 3 golf, four hiking trails, patio fire-pit, tennis court, basketball, volleyball, badminton, batting cage, horseshoes, disc golf, playgrounds, and picnic tables. All these are included in your stay at no extra cost! The resort office is located on the resort where you can find all the equipment needed for the amenities. We even provide fishing poles and sell live bait at the office. DVD movies available for rent. All the fun stuff is right here at the resort!

When you venture into town, you are only 5 miles from the main parkway. Just minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, outlet malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! There is an easy drive to Cades Cove from the resort that will avoid all parkway traffic. This cabin is in the perfect location to feel like you are secluded in The Smokies, but you are still close to all the attractions.

First Time on The Mountains

It was a really nice Trip, we traveled here to celebrate the end of the year 2019 with our Family and it was spectacular. I will recommend this place to everyone that want be in touch directly with Nature and need a break from City stress.... I want thanks to all the Managment team and each single employee that make this place so beautiful and well maintained

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful, clean, & well appointed with all we needed. Perfect location away from the hustle...serene & peaceful setting where we saw a bear every night & raccoons climbed the trees each night to get level with the back deck. It was amazing! The resort is out in the country, where we rarely heard a vehicle but it was only ten minutes from Kroger & Publix. We cannot wait to get back! The cabin was loaded with modern amenities like stainless appliances & a hot tub, a beautiful fireplace, comfortable furnishings & an ice maker in the freezer. There is an outdoor fire pit as well, plus a lovely front porch & big back deck where we hung out most of the time. The water ran hot for eight showers before a wedding & the charcoal grill was well seasoned. There are two full bathrooms with tubs/showers plus a jetted tub in the upstairs master bedroom, & there is an electric fireplace in the master as well. There are insulated curtains hanging on every window that pull back for the views of fall colors on the trees. We were happy with the air conditioning as well. The only things I could find that someone might take issue with: Slight foul odor from well water but only while using kitchen sink. Really no big deal. Would’ve liked a spotlight off back deck to get better pics of bears but we used our flashlights on our phones. Would prefer cushioned outdoor lounge chairs. Aside from these things, we are overall very happy with our stay @ this cabin (Grin & Bear It) inside Little Valley Mountain Resort! We will stay there again!

Beautiful Cabin

The property was everything we were looking for. Spacious enough for the 7 of us to stay (5 adults, a 4 yo and an 8 month old). The cabin had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook. We were excited to use the firepit outside and roast some marshmallows with the kids. The only improvement needed is the dog hair that is under the couches and under the kitchen table. My 8 month old was crawling all around and I had to move the couch to retrieve toys and the hair that was under there hadn't been cleaned in a while. If you are paying more to have a dog there I would expect a higher regard to cleaning. Everything else was very clean and tidy. We highly recommend this place and will be back again.

Very Clean and Tidy Inside-Cabin was beautiful and very clean inside.

I would definitely stay here again! Property was well maintained and very clean inside. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the fire pit was awesome (we made smores). Would highly recommend. Only drawback and isn't necessarily a drawback was that both bathrooms were off the main bedrooms, without a shared bath. So if a guest was using the bunk beds or sleeper couch, there was no shared bathroom they could use at night...however, this would not deter me from staying here again!
