Covered carport designated for your car. Watch herons, egrits, wood storks, anahingas, ibis and otter right from the lanai. Downtown Sarasota is less than 7 miles away with all its exciting cultural offerings. Numerous wildlife sanctuaries are within 30 minute drive. The guest room is small but suitable for 1 or 2 guests staying just a few days.

Ashton Lakes is one of the most desirable condo communities in Sarasota and for good reasons. It's beautiful, has great amenities, close to Siesta Key, bird sanctuaries, museums and all the things we love. It's a quiet, peaceful community. in a perfect location.
