Parking Instructions

• The driveway is available to accommodate up to 5 vehicles comfortably with proper rearranging.

• Additional Guests Parking can be found in the overflow areas, around the lake and to the left side of the clubhouse, these are first-come-first-serve.

• The clubhouse parking (in front of the clubhouse) is available throughout the day, but keep in mind overnight parking at the clubhouse is not allowed.

• If a vehicle is parked on the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass it will be at high risk of being towed. All expenses incurred by improper parking will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Neighborhood:

The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.



Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.



Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.



Getting Around:

Please feel free to park in the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. There is overflow parking available at the clubhouse.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that this is a family-friendly home and neighborhood. We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and avoid disturbing the neighbors during your visit.

• Please be advised that the hockey table is currently unavailable.

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79 night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

Check-In and Check-out Policy:

1. Parties, events, smoking/vaping of any kind, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited both inside the property and in its vicinity. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $1000.

2. Please maintain a respectful noise level at all times. Excessive noise, loud conversations, or disturbances that may disturb neighboring homes are not permitted and will result in a fine from the resort. Quiet hours are between 11PM - 7AM daily.

3. No visitors are allowed after 11pm

4. Adhere to the speed limit of 25 MPH within the community. Vehicles parked on the street, blocking sidewalks, or on grass areas, particularly in front of the dumpster, are subject to towing at the owner's expense.

5. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

6. Please clean up after yourselves and pets. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

7. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

8. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
