The Villa, completely surrounded by greenery, among fruit trees, flowers and palm trees, is only 2 km from the sea and Alghero. The property is completely fenced with an automatic gate.

From this year we have the new kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all new cooking utensils.

Wifi unlimited.

Inside, the Villa has a Hot and Cold air conditioning system and has an area of 150 square meters, 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which are double and one with two single beds (for a total of 6/7 places), two new bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchen, large covered and finely furnished veranda with outdoor furniture and 1 hectare garden with lawn and flowers. Unlimited Wifi.

Outside the Villa has a large terrace, lawn, barbecue, garden furniture (chairs, table and umbrellas) and gate, the hectare of fenced land with automatic gate complete the picture.

The house, with its beautiful terrace, dominates the Montagnese area from its promontory, a short distance from the center of Alghero. The kitchen is equipped with all accessories and dishwasher. The house is equipped with all comforts, (washing machine, satellite TV, sheets, iron and ironing board, bathroom linen, microwave oven, hairdryer, etc.), everything you need for a comfortable and familiar stay in Sardinia.

Beaautiful Secluded Villa

Stayed here as group of six friends for 9 days in August 2018. Villa was very beautiful and well equipped and the owner and Manager very helpful and prompt with any requests or queries. We used the BBQ for a lovley al fresco meal, and made good use of the sun beds provided in the beautiful garden. Only slight criticism is that here is a distinct lack of an oven (when catering for six persons)-although there is a combi-microwave. Highly recommended if visiting Alghero.

A very nice villa

This was our first visit to Sardinia and we picked Villa Mistral mainly on the photo of the veranda so we were pleased to find that it was as nice in real life as it looked in the photo. The villa is only a few kilometres from Alghero centre yet in the middle of the countryside where the only noise to disturb you was the sound of a distant cockerel. For people that had never been to Alghero before the villa wasn't particularly easy to find but fortunately we had the co-ordinates supplied by the agent loaded into my phone and trusty Google maps got us there. The details on the website stated that there was airconditioning in all three bedrooms which wasn't the case as only two of the bedrooms had aircon units fitted. This didn't worry us as we only needed two bedrooms. The details also stated that the kitchen had an oven which it didn't - just a hob and microwave. Again this didn't concern us as we ate out in the local restaurants. We loved Alghero enough to want to come back again and when we do we will be happy to stay here again but next time we will bring an Italian dictionary with us as the housekeeper's English is as poor as my Italian and all conversations were conducted in mime. The agent (Maria M) was very helpful as before booking I enquired whether there were any sunbeds and she said that there wasn't but they would buy some for us and three brand new sunbeds duly turned up ten minutes after we did. Tolle Lage, sehr sauberes Haus und nette Vermieter

Wie waren eine Wochen in der Villa. Das Inserast stimmt genau mit unseren Eindrücken überein. Alles ist so wie es beschrieben wurde. Ein riesen Plus ist die wirklich grosse Terrasse. Natürlich muss in einiger Zeit bei ein paar Kleinigkeiten überholt werden, aber für sardinische Verhältnisse ist das Haus wirklich top. Einzig was uns persönlich gefehlt hat, sind Fliegengitter. Wir haben dann einfach unsere eigenen angebracht. Problem gelöst :-) Die Vermieter waren sehr kulant bei unserer Abreise, da nach uns niemand mehr ankam, konnten wir einen Late Check Out nutzen und hatten somit noch den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Alghero. Ein wirklich nettes belebtes Städtchen. Wenn wie Alghero nochmals besuchen, würden wir diese Villa wieder buchen.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 3 semaines en famille dans cette maison. Tout était parfait : l’emplacement (voiture obligatoire), l’équipement, la propreté. La maison est très jolie et fonctionnelle. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Alghero und hat einen schönen Garten. Innen ist es sehr gut ausgestattet und der Urlaub hätte wirklich perfekt sein können. Wir waren nur überrascht, dass wir nicht alleine im Haus gewohnt haben. Das Haus teilt sich auf in eine Erdgeschoss- und eine Souterrain-Wohnung. Die anderen Gäste waren leider sowohl morgens als auch an den meisten Abenden sehr laut, so dass an Ruhe nicht zu denken war. Das war wirklich schade.

Sunny Terrace in Green Haven

The villa is spacious with a gorgeous terrace surrounded by greenery and an orchard. You will need a car to get about. Beautiful Alghero is only few minutes away. And supermarkets very close by.

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus inmitten der Natur

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus inmitten eines riesengroßen Obst- und Gemüsegartens am Rande von Alghero, indem wir uns eine Woche sehr wohl fühlten. Grundstück und Objekt wird allerdings nicht allein genutzt. Mobilität ist dringend erforderlich! Die nahegelegene Straße (SS 127) ist jedoch deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Soggiorno piacevole in ambiente signorile, arredato con gusto e ben corredato. Vicinissimo al centro storico di Alghero e a supermercati. Qualche limitazione del riscaldamento in periodo invernale. Si desidererebbe qualche gancio in più per appendere asciugamani e strofinacci nei bagni e nello spazio cucina.

Schönes, modernes, geräumiges Haus mit toller Terrasse und Nähe zu Alghero

Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt drei Kindern) verbrachten hier einen tollen Urlaub im August 2018. Das Haus ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse haben alle Platz. Die Klimaanlage in den einzelnen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich ist ausreichend auch bei sehr heißen Temperaturen. Parkplätze für die Autos unmittelbar beim Haus. Das gesamte Grundstück umzäunt mit elektrischem Zaun. Was uns fehlte war der Geschirrspüler, zudem dieser in der geräumigen Küche sicher noch einen Platz gefunden hätte. Ansonsten war alles toll und die Übergabe sehr sehr nett. Auch bei einem kleinen Problem (kein Warmwasser) wurde uns schnell und herzlich geholfen.

Très belle villa à 5 minutes d'Alghero

Villa idéalement située et en tout point conforme à la description. Terrasse très agréable, avec une belle vue sur le jardin parfaitement entretenu. Outre Alghero, la localisation permet de profiter de plusieurs sites touristiques situés à moins d'une heure de route (capo falcone, castelsardo, bosa, grottes de neptune...).

Großzügige und sehr saubere Fewo am Stadtrand von Alghero.

Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer Souterrainwohnung und einer 160 qm Wohnung im "Hochparterre", die wir mit 4 Personen bewohnt haben. Alles bestens ausgestattet. Schöne überdachte Terrasse in L-Form. Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alghero ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. (ca. 4 km) Einen schönen Fussweg dorthin haben wir leider nicht entdeckt.

belle maison très bien placée dans une belle région

Premier séjour en Sardaigne, nous avons découvert une belle région. La maison est très bien placée, tout près du centre d'Alghero en pleine verdure, les avantages de la ville sans les inconvénients. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer et aller à la plage (environ 5 à 10 mn). La maison par elle même est très bien agencée et très bien équipée (il ne manque qu'un lave-vaisselle, ce qui pourrait être appréciable pour 6 personnes). Tout était vraiment très propre, impeccable, nous l'avons investie sans aucune hésitation. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, toujours disposés à rendre votre séjour agréable tout en étant très discrets, ils ne parlent en revanche qu'italien ... A savoir. Notre bateau est arrivé avec plus d'une heure de retard un dimanche soir, nous sommes donc arrivés dans la maison entre 22h et 22h30 mais nous avons pour autant été très bien accueillis, avec de l'eau fraiche au réfrigérateur et des poires du verger, les lits étaient faits, le linge de maison en abondance etc. Un détail qui a son importance : il n'était pas mentionné sur l'annonce (ou nous ne l'avions pas vu ?) qu'un autre logement sous la maison était lui aussi à la location. si l''accès est commun, les équipements sont totalement indépendants, il ne s'agit donc pas d'une cohabitation. Pour autant, d'autres locataires "habitent en dessous" donc on les entend, plus ou moins selon les personnes ... Un grand merci aux propriétaires de cette belle maison pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, et merci aussi à Maria qui a joué les intermédiaires avec bienveillance. très belle villa

Bonjour Nous avons passé 12 nuits dans cette agréable villa. Bien située. A la campagne mais très proche d'Alghero. De nombreux commerces à proximité. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents et le cadre était très agréable. Rien ne manquait La maison est bien entretenue et très propre. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée et le linge de maison fourni (serviette de toilettes, drap bain en grande quantité pour en changer) Le propriétaire fut très gentil et a su resté très discret. Je recommande cette villa à de futur vacancier car bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Merci à Maria qui a été l'intermédiaire et merci aux propriétaires.

Una grande villa immersa nel verde!

Questo è il quarto anno che trascorriamo le ns vacanze in Sardegna e di case ne abbiamo viste tante. L'ospitalità dei sardi nn è mai mancata, ma un posto come villa mistral nn è facile da trovare. Una villa enorme, grandi spazi e grande terrazza affacciata sul giardino. Pulizia impeccabile e un corredo di stoviglie pari a quello di una casa nn da vacanza. Pentole nuove e di tutte le grandezze, piatti e bicchieri nuovi di zecca, calici x il vino. Per nn parlare del frullatore e della macchinetta del caffè espresso. Insomma in questa casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza ed anche di più. Per ultimo, ma nn per importanza, vogliamo sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Ci hanno offerto frutta e uova fresche delle loro galline. Inoltre visto che il ns traghetto partiva di sera, ci hanno permesso di restare per l'intera giornata in un secondo appartamento situato nel seminterrato della villa, anch'esso grande e bellissimo. Consigliamo davvero a chiunque di soggiornare a villa mistral.

E' sempre un piacere avere degli ospiti a Villa Mistral. Ma in questo caso l'apprezzamento stato reciproco. I signori sono stati dei perfetti ospiti, dei perfetti padroni di casa. Puntuali nelle comunicazioni, precisi nei pagamenti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Al prossimo anno! E grazie ancora.
