The main living area gives you room to relax, work, or plan the day’s adventures, and opens to a furnished outdoor area for fresh air and conversation. Stay connected with WiFi and get a little work done at the laptop-friendly workspace. A private washer and dryer make longer stays and sandy clothes a breeze. When you’re ready to venture out, enjoy on-site community perks like the outdoor pool and fitness room, and quick access to island favorites.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• If the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure, is subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

HHI Vacation 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fiddler's Cove! The smaller pool was conveniently located right across from our condo, and the beach was just a short walk away. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach toys and cooking utensils. We had a fantastic week unwinding by the ocean and soaking up the sun!Julie

Dirty, understaffed, pool disgusting on arrival. Discusting stuff on comforter on arrival and food and dirt under cushions of chairs and couch in living room. No cleaning person available and no one on site to report pool. I did receive a one night discount. The l ocation is excellent and host is nice. Also we never found the bikes we were told about and ones we saw were not rideable all flat tires.

Condo experience was great! Super close to one of the 2 pools on the property. We also got good use of the club house on the rainy days (they had corn hole, ping pong, and a racquet ball court). Host was SUPER quick (and helpful) in responding to any questions we had! Highly recommend!

Hidden gem.

This is our 2nd year staying and I couldn’t recommend more. Apartment has everything you need from games, tvs, pools, close walk to the beach, bikes are so nice to have included and everything you need to cook during your stay. Cozy 2 bedroom, very close walk to the beach with private access was perfect for our family of 3. Host was super responsive and gracious during our stay. Till next summer!

Functional & Good Location

Condo was a bit small and outdated, but served us well. Queen bed was either very plush or worn out - found it difficult to stay cool and asleep. Location was great with easy access to the beach but Fiddlers Cove needs a little work. Pools were constantly filthy from bugs, tree debris, etc. Did not enjoy the clay pickleball courts. "Fitness center" was basically a closet with a treadmill and stair climber.

Love Folly Field is the best. Condo was not my favorite.

As always we enjoyed staying at Folly Field. Condo was in a great location but the owner had the thermostat locked and it was got and muggy inside. Because the condo was on the ground floor we were not comfortable leaving the windows open at night. The drier was small and had to run longer to dry towels so that made it even hotter in the condo. When paying to he price if the condo I think we should have been able to cool at night.

Availability of bikes is a plus!

Nice first floor condo in a great location on the Island. However, guard was not available at 7:15 pm when we arrived. Another resident got us past the barrier and told us to wait "over to the side". After 20 minutes, we went to the condo without a parking pass. Guard said he would deliver it, but he never did. We discovered some initial issues upon settling in which Ana promptly took action on. We chose this property over others because of the bikes, the DVD player, proximity to the ocean and the handy desk area. We rode the bikes a lot, and the short walk to the beautiful beach (with the handy beach wagon) was 15 minutes. However, the desk area was nearly counter height with a regular kitchen chair for seating - didn't work for me! The DVD player was missing and another phone call told us it had been removed 6 months earlier when it didn't connect to the newly installed TV. Also discovered the CD player didn't work. We had packed 5 DVD's and 18 CD's, and there was no way to enjoy them. This was a 2 week vacation to celebrate our 59th Anniversary. The beach toy chest wasn't important to us, but the DVD and CD players were. Some of the dinnerware is badly chipped. If you rent this condo for more than a few days, be sure to bring your coffee, condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Be careful, the MBR w/w carpet is loose. Understand the Master bathroom is soon to be updated, which is a good thing. We had troubles with the tub drains in both bathrooms (old).
